Join us on November 22-24, 2024 for our annual Regional Gathering where we’ll be bringing you 3 days of programs, games, gifted youth activities, and hospitality. at the Embassy Suites by Hilton San Rafael Marin County.

The all-suites hotel is located in San Rafael, in beautiful Marin County, 13 miles north of the Golden Gate Bridge on Highway 101. The hotel is within walking distance of the spectacular Frank Lloyd Wright Marin County Civic Center, where George Lucas made his first films; and one of the best farmers markets in Northern California (Thursday and Sunday mornings).
Three miles south of the hotel, Downtown San Rafael offers numerous restaurants, brew pubs and music venues. Marin County is home to Muir Woods National Monument, the Golden Gate National Recreation Area, West Coast beaches, and spectacular hiking opportunities on and around Mount Tamalpais, and is a 40-minute drive from wine country. The hotel, downtown, ferry from San Francisco, and Santa Rosa wineries are all served by the SMART train, free to those over 65.

Note: Hospitality will be open for Breakfast, and during the Receptions, for attendees not staying in the hotel. Also, the Breakfast buffet and the Reception can be purchased separately from the hotel for $28 and $25, respectively, before tax and tip.
Events & Speakers
We have a wonderful lineup of events for you with speakers covering various topics. We’ll also have a game room stocked with many board games and jigsaw puzzles, hosted games, and a debate room.
This year we are also including a gifted youth track for gifted youth and their parents. Non-gifted youth children may also participate in the events. Anyone under the age of 18 MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

Chili- rubbed rotisserie chicken, roasted pork loin with Napa mustard sauce, roasted beet salad with goat cheese, Caesar salad, rotisserie vegetables, Yukon Gold potatoes, and double chocolate cake.
The hotel can customize meals for non-dairy, non-gluten, and vegetarian options.
