The wait is over, registration for the 2026 SFRM Regional Gathering (RG) is officially live! We’re getting together in Burlingame the weekend before Thanksgiving on November 20-22 and would love for you to join us!
What is a Regional Gathering?
A Mensa Regional Gathering (RG) is a social event organized by local or regional Mensa groups, where members and their guests come together for a weekend of activities, presentations, and socializing. RGs typically feature a variety of programs, including guest speakers, workshops, and games. These events provide an opportunity for members to connect, share ideas, and engage in intellectually stimulating conversations in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.
The RG committee is excited to welcome you to Burlingame, CA this November for a weekend unlike any we’ve hosted before. Thanks to our partnership with the Mensa Foundation, we’ve packed the schedule with more speakers, workshops, and interactive experiences than ever.
Featuring Saturday Evening Keynote Speaker: Dr. Lisa Pruitt. We are honored to welcome Dr. Lisa Pruitt, Distinguished Professor of Bioengineering and Mechanical Engineering at UC Berkeley, as our Saturday evening keynote speaker. Dr. Pruitt will share insights from her latest work on “Engineering a Life filled with Purpose and Joy,” offering a compelling look at the power of introspection, emotional intelligence, and finding your true north.
